1. About the Service

Housie Game is an online platform that hosts Housie (also known as Tambola or Bingo) game sessions. The website is operated by Housie Game, based in Shillong, Meghalaya, India ("we", "us", "our"). We provide the platform, generate tickets, and conduct the game sessions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book tickets or participate in games.
By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that participation in Housie games is legal in your country, state, or region.

3. Nature of the Game, Fair Play, and Your Acknowledgment

Housie is a number-based game. The outcome of every game depends on the random calling of numbers between 1 and 90.
You acknowledge that the outcome of the game depends entirely on the random numbers called, and no player can predict or control which numbers will be drawn.
You are participating voluntarily. You have chosen to book a ticket on your own free will. We have not forced, pressured, or induced you to participate.
We do not favour any player, group, or ticket buyer. All players are treated equally.
All tickets are generated using a randomised system. No ticket is intentionally designed to win or lose.
All numbers are called independently and randomly. We have no control over which numbers are drawn or in what order.
Whether you win or lose is not determined by us — it depends only on how the randomly called numbers match your ticket.
You play at your own risk. You understand that not every player will win, and you accept the possibility of not winning as a natural part of the game.
We play fair and honest. Every player has an equal opportunity to win based on the numbers called.
We are not responsible for any emotional reactions, frustrations, or disappointments arising from not winning a game.

4. Ticket Booking

Tickets are booked directly through WhatsApp using the contact details provided on the website.
All ticket bookings are handled personally by us or our authorised representatives.
A ticket is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, without providing a reason.

5. Payments

All payments for tickets are made off-platform, directly to us via UPI, QR code, or other methods we specify.
We do not process or hold any payments through this website.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment is sent to the correct recipient. We are not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts.
Your payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and your entry into the game.

6. Prizes and Winners

Prize amounts, prize types, and prize distribution are determined by us and communicated separately for each game session.
Winners are declared based on the standard rules of Housie: First Full House, Top Line, Middle Line, and Bottom Line. The game ends as soon as First Full House is claimed.
Prizes are awarded at our sole discretion based on verified winning tickets.
We reserve the right to disqualify any winner found to have engaged in cheating, ticket manipulation, or any form of fraud.
Prize disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game ending. After that, results are final.

7. Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable once confirmed, except if the game is cancelled by us before it starts, or a technical failure on our platform prevents the game from being conducted.
In such cases, refunds will be issued through the same channel used for payment, within 7 working days.
No refunds will be given for user internet/device issues or inability to attend, change of mind, or losing the game.

8. User Conduct

You agree that you will not: use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity; attempt to cheat, manipulate tickets, or exploit bugs; share, resell, or transfer your booked ticket without our approval; harass, threaten, or abuse other players or our team; attempt to hack or disrupt the platform; or impersonate another person or provide false booking details. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate disqualification, ticket cancellation without refund, and permanent ban from the platform.

9. Ban and Blacklist Policy

We reserve the right to permanently ban any user found violating these terms. Blacklisted users cannot register or book tickets again using the same phone number, WhatsApp account, or payment details. Any attempt to bypass a ban will result in immediate cancellation and forfeit of tickets purchased, with no refund. Bans are final; we are not required to provide a reason or entertain appeals.

10. Service Availability

The website is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. If a game is disrupted due to a technical failure, we will either reschedule the game or refund the affected tickets — this is the only remedy available to you.

11. Assumption of Risk

By booking a ticket and participating in a game, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms; that you are participating voluntarily for entertainment purposes; that the outcome depends on random number calling and you may not win; and that you will not hold us responsible for your loss or any emotional/financial disappointment from not winning.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you, for any reason, is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket in the affected game. We are not responsible for losses caused by third parties, including your internet provider, device failure, bank/UPI failure, or hosting provider outages.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the design, code, logos, ticket layouts, and text — is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of the website without written permission. The name "Housie Game" and any associated branding are our property.

14. Privacy

We only collect the minimum information needed to book your ticket and contact you about the game. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties. WhatsApp communication is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which we do not control.

15. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on third-party services (hosting provider, database, WhatsApp, payment tools). Any outages, data issues, or disruptions caused by these third parties are outside our control, and we are not liable for them.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the new terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. On termination, any unused tickets or credits may be forfeited without refund.

18. Dispute Resolution — Contact Us First

If you have any complaint or dispute about a game session, ticket booking, payment, prize, or any other matter, you agree to first contact us directly via WhatsApp or email, clearly describing your issue. You agree to give us a minimum of 7 working days to review your complaint and respond, and not to escalate the matter elsewhere before giving us this opportunity.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shillong, Meghalaya, India.
